Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Ninjademy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ninjademy is a gamified learning platform that adapts question difficulty to a child's demonstrated mastery across five subjects: math, reading, science, writing, and coding.

Ninjademy accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. A parent may link a child to their account and approve a child's participation through Ninjademy's consent process. Parents are responsible for their own account and for any child account linked to it.

Paid features are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases, which means Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and is the seller you are contracting with for the purchase itself. Ninjademy Pro is offered as a recurring monthly or annual subscription that renews automatically until canceled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial learning.

The Ninjademy name, logo, and Service content are owned by Ninjademy. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Service content without permission.

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Deleting a parent account removes any linked child accounts; deleting an individual account removes that account's data. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninjademy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
